Spring Roll Prawns

Ingredients:
6-8 big prawns
6 sheets of spring roll, cut thinly (strips)
1 egg, beat
salt,pepper to taste

Method:
1. Clean the prawns.
2. Marinade with salt and pepper.
3. Coat with egg and then wrap the prawns with spring roll strips.
4. Deep fry.

It's easy to make and crunchy too!
